How to use your Tantrelle PelvicToner

Your Tantrelle PelvicToner is a progressive resistance vaginal exerciser. It comes with full written instructions. It is not sterile and you should wash all the components in warm soapy water before and after use. Dry thoroughly. Always use with a water-soluble lubricant.

To find your sex muscle, open your legs wide and delicately place your finger in your vagina. Squeeze your vaginal muscles and you will feel the sex muscle as a ribbed muscle about one and a half inches in. As you squeeze it will grasp your finger – and may even push it out.

The Ultimate Workout

Insert the first spring into the PelvicToner as directed. Apply Sylk natural lubricant to the tip. Lay down with your head resting on a pillow, your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Insert the tip into the vagina until it feels comfortable. Penetration is only about 10cm. The bulbous tip should be nearer the floor so that the opening movement is up and down.

For your first session try just 20 squeezes of about a second or less. Gradually build up to 75 squeezes each session. When you can comfortably do 75 quickie contractions, add longer contractions when you hold it for a count of three. Start with 20 of these per session. Build up to 75 each session. For maximum effect do two sessions a day.

You may feel an involuntary tightening in your stomach and thigh muscles. This is common. When you have learned to completely isolate the pelvic floor muscle, these extra contractions should be hardly noticeable.

When squeezing one spring feels easy you can begin to increase the resistance levels. The two spring positions and two strengths of spring* mean that five levels of resistance (x -xxxxx) are possible.

Contraindications

Do not use the Tantrelle PelvicToner if you are, or may be, pregnant. The use of the Tantrelle PelvicToner is less intrusive than having sex, but most midwives caution against any form of proactive exercising during pregnancy. Do not exercise until 8-12 weeks after birth, or until any episiotomy has healed. Seek your midwife’s advice.

If you are prone to genito-urinary tract infections or have had genito-urinary surgery consult your doctor before using the product.
