How to use your Tantrelle™ Pelvicisor™
The Pelvicisor is made from surgical grade stainless steel but is not sterile. It should be washed in warm soapy water before and after use. The Pelvicisor is dishwasher safe but should be fully cooled before use. Always lubricate the inserted portion of the Pelvicisor with Sylk natural lubricant.
Exercise 1 –Gripping the Small Sphere:
To start, lie down on your back with one or more pillows under your head. Bend your knees so that both feet are on the floor and make sure you are comfortable. While taking several deep breaths and relaxing, spend a few moments connecting with your body. As you insert the Pelvicisor your pelvic floor muscles will constrict due to the coldness but your body temperature will soon warm up the metal and make the exercises more comfortable.
Insert the small sphere of the Pelvicisor until you reach the centre sphere. Now relax the pelvic floor muscles. Slowly tighten up the muscles and try to remove the Pelvicisor against the clench of your muscles. Repeat the process for at least 8 to 10 minutes.
Insert the Pelvicisor again and try to lift it as you clench your muscles. Try to do this for about 20 to 30 lifts. Relax the muscles and carefully remove the Pelvicisor.
Exercise 2 – Holding the Large Sphere Against Gravity:
Squat and support yourself as necessary. Insert the large sphere until you reach the centre sphere. Slowly pull the Pelvicisor out of the vagina against the resistance of your clenched muscles. Repeat this process for at least 8 to 10 minutes.
With the large sphere inserted tighten your pelvic floor and start lifting the Pelvicisor with your pelvic muscles, relaxing during each lift. You should repeat this for a minimum of 30 sets. At this time your pelvic floor muscles should be strong enough to hold up the Pelvicisor for a period of time while supporting it with your hand.
If you cannot do this exercise with ease you should continue with Exercise 1 until comfortable with this lifting and holding exercise. Try to perform these exercises three times a week to keep your pelvic muscles strong. You may want to make the lifting exercise more difficult by reversing the Pelvicisor and inserting the small sphere. Always support it with your hand as you do so.
Caution:
Do not try to force the Pelvicisor in or out of the vagina. Hold the Pelvicisor in your hand, relax the vaginal muscles and take several deep breaths until the vaginal muscles are relaxed enough to remove or insert it.
